Feature
BOSU Your Muscles
Not only will this new challenging type of training help to increase muscular strength, it will also help to improve proprioception and balance. A well-rounded non-aerobic conditioning class designed to strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups. The emphasis will be to incorporate functional movement with resistance to prepare us for everyday life!

Cardio Boot camp
In this full body workout, you will get moving with cardiovascular drills that will consist of kicks, punches, lunges, jumping rope, running, and other various types of calisthenics exercises. Be ready for a challenge!

Cardio Combo
A class designed to provide the beginner, intermediate and advanced member with an extended cardiovascular workout. This class includes a warm-up; high and low impact aerobics and a cool down with stretching. It is great for those who want to see improvements in their energy level, stress level, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and self-confidence.

Drums-Alive™
This class combines the dynamic movements of aerobic dance with the pulsating rhythms of the drum. It is a unique sensory-motor program that is designed to give the mind and body instant feedback through continuous movement and rhythmical flow. Not only is Drums Alive™ a fun program, it has many physical and psychological benefits as well. It increases the heart rate and increases blood circulation just like "classical aerobic training" of a group fitness session. In addition, there are many subtle effects such as improving the neurological pathways between left and right brain hemispheres.

Extreme Boot Camp
Extreme Boot Camp will provide you with a high intensity full body workout that you'll love to hate. This class is designed to improve your muscular strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity by utilizing various training modalities such as calisthenics, plyometrics, and agility drills. Workouts will vary each week in an effort to keep your body from reaching a plateau, and individuals of all fitness levels are welcome.

H.A.B.I.T.
Hips / Abs / Butts / Inner Thighs. You want to target and work specific muscle groups? Then this class is for you. A 45-minute high power resistance class designed to achieve definite results! Let’s start some good habits.

Hard Core
A unique fifteen-minute class that focuses on various muscle groups. Members can learn and execute the latest and most profitable types of movements to provide a strong CORE wall. Appropriate for all levels.

Lunchtime Yoga
Come rejuvenate and relax your mind and body in this yoga class intended for those who need a restorative break in their day.

Pilates
This is a compilation of exercises appropriate for group exercise that is derived from classic disciplines such as yoga, sports and rehabilitation conditioning and dance. This is based on a progressive series of exercises that accommodate all fitness levels to increase strength, flexibility and balance of the entire body, core and stabilizing techniques, health, and posture while focusing on breathing and mindful movement.

Self Defense
This self defense class focuses upon elementary concepts of self protection. It covers a variety of basic strikes and kicks, along with common defense methodology versus unarmed and armed threats. Improvised weapons, office environment defense and car defense will also be addressed with simple and efficient techniques. The curriculum emphasizes awareness, safety, control and non lethal responses to lethal threats. All students are welcome regardless of gender, fitness or age.

Shotokan Karate
Karate is not only one of the most respected martial arts in the world but is also recognized as an effective method of developing discipline and character in young and old alike. Karate is an effective method for achieving: excellent physical condition, learning self defense, stress management, motivation, and meeting new people. This class will feature some of the basics of Karate, from stances to some basic strikes.

Upper Cut
In this muscle toning classes you will focus on your upper body. Increase your strength, develop your muscles, and learn proper weight training technique. Dumbbells, dynabands, and your own body weight will be used for resistance.

Yoga Soul
Free your mind, body, and spirit while you learn breathing techniques, as well as gain balance, flexibility and strength through various yoga poses.

ZUMBA®
This class is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body, while maximizing caloric output and fat burning potential.

Please keep in mind that all of our classes are suitable for both beginner and advanced exercisers. Each participant is encouraged to exercise at his or her own pace, take breaks when necessary and drink plenty of water.
