Come by either Fitness Center and fill out a short questionnaire and have your blood pressure taken. Based on your answers to the questionnaire and your blood pressure reading, the KSC Fitness Center staff will determine if it is necessary for you to receive medical clearance from a physician. If it is determined that you need a medical clearance, you can get it either from the Occupational Health Facility here at KSC or your own personal physician.

Once this process is completed, the Fitness Center staff will issue you a badge. This badge is to be worn at all times while exercising in the KSC Fitness Centers to allow the staff to know that you have completed all necessary paperwork.
